What’s Portland, Maine known for?
Lobsters.
So, of course me and Joyo Velarde go on a search for a good Lobster Roll.
We’re directed to the Porthole.
So how does a place that’s known for it’s amazing lobster rolls, run out of Lobster!!
I guess I’ll have the crab cake salad…
It was good, but it was like ordering a Coke, and then sipping a Sprite.
Another Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives bust.
The Venue was cool.
Portland City Music Hall.
Great sound.
After sound check we all decide to check out this Thai spot down the street.
It served Thai food and Sushi, which was great for our crew since half wanted sushi and half wanted Thai.
I think it was called Thai 5
I got the Panang Curry and a Thai Iced Tea.
Our waiter did a cute little staw paper design on the straws, and he got so excited when we asked if he did them.
it was cute.
Really tasty Thai.
Good job Portland.
Plus, I absolutely loved how they gave me a little piggy cream dispenser!
Awesome!
